Program description

Royal Tile & Masonry operates a customer-care SMS program to send customers who opt in service-related messages about their inquiry or project. These may include responses to your questions, estimate and project follow-ups, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders. The program does not send promotional or marketing messages.

How to opt in

You opt in by starting a conversation in the chat widget on this website and voluntarily providing your mobile phone number to receive follow-up support messages. By submitting your number in the chat, you consent to receive customer-care text messages from Royal Tile & Masonry related to your inquiry. Providing your number is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the status of your project.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Royal Tile & Masonry does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out and help

You can opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (218) 491-4259.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are handled in line with our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties except service providers and aggregators that help us deliver the messaging program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may include major US carriers; availability may vary.
